Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will post the new Policy on this page with a notice that the Policy has been updated via an email to registered users (“Members”) using the email address associated with the Member’s account after we make the change.

Children under the Age of 13

The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, please DO NOT USE the Platform. We do not knowingly or purposefully collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We collect information from and about users of our Platform:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us (as further described below).

  • Automatically when you use the Website or other services or functions of the Platform.

  • From third-party service providers such as hotels, restaurants, airlines, and other parties.

Information You Provide to Us

When you register with or use the Platform, we may ask you provide information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, or telephone number (“personal information”).

  • That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as Device Information (as defined below), your location, dates and times that you use the Platform, and hotel reservation history.

This information includes:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Platform. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Platform and requesting further services.

  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.

  • Details of transactions you carry out through the Platform and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the Platform.

  • Your usage activity on the Platform.

You may provide information to be published or displayed (“posted”) on public areas of the Platform (collectively, “Member Content”). Your Member Content is posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your Member Content. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your Member Content will not be viewed by unauthorised persons.

Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

When you download, access or use the Platform, it may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Platform.

  • Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information and the device’s telephone number.

  • Stored Information and Files. The Platform also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information.

  • Location Information. The Platform collects real-time information about the location of your device for purposes of providing services to you through the Platform. While using the Platform and related services, we may collect information about your location that may be precise or imprecise. The precise location information that we collect may include Global Position System (GPS) data or geolocation data identified from nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi hotspots when you enable location-based features. We also collect information about your location that you manually enter into the Platform. If you disable your location features on your device, we may not be able to provide you with the requested services.

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not access or use the Platform.

Information Collection and Tracking Technologies

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:

  • Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your device. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Platform.

    • Google Analytics is a tool that we use for web analysis that allows us to understand how you engage with our Platform. Google Analytics may use cookies to track and collect non-personally identifiable information. We may analyse information derived from this tool along with others such as services provided by Facebook to make improvements to the Platform, understand how users engage the Platform, track Platform traffic, collect demographic information, and track custom event data. If you prefer not to have this information used for providing you with interest-based advertisements, you may choose to opt-out by clicking here, if located in the US or here, if located in the EU.

  • Social Media. We may integrate certain parts of our Platform with social media platforms like Facebook. By directly integrating these platforms, we are able to personalise and enhance your experiences with the Platform. We will request that you login or grant us the necessary permission via the social networking or media platform. By agreeing to this integration, Company will collect your personal information available from that particular social media platform, which we will use, maintain, and disclose in accordance with this Policy. As discussed in this Policy, any third-party website or social media platform is governed by that third party’s policies. Company shall have no liability for the privacy practices of those websites or social media platforms that you enable with our Platform or related services.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

  • Provide you with the Platform and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us.

  • Advertise or market to you other products and services of Company or third parties that may be of interest, consistent with your marketing preferences.

  • Integrate the Company’s products and services with other third-party products and services, including Apps, social media services, hotels, restaurants, and other providers, as appropriate and consistent with your preferences, to provide an integrated and improved experience.

  • Fulfill or complete transactions, reservations, or requests of or with third parties that you direct using the Platform or other products or services.

  • Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

  • Notify you of changes to any products or services we offer or provide on or through the Platform.

  • Notify you of upcoming reservations that you made through the Platform.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Platform and to deliver a better and more personalised experience by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customise the Platform according to your individual interests.

  • Recognise you when you use the Platform.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual without restriction.

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

  • To our Partners. Similarly, our Partners with which you make or have made a reservation may provide Company with your personal information such as your name, email address, reservation number, and phone number. Company may also disclose to its Partners your Device Information (as described above) or Location Information (as described above). “Partners” means our Partner Hotels, restaurants, hotels, and other venues and service providers with which Company works or may work with, including but not limited to retail stores, tour operators, museums, and other locales.

  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganisation, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Company about our Platform users is among the assets transferred.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to use a reservations feature of the Platform, we will transmit the contents of that email and your email address to the Partner you wish to make the reservation with.

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

  • With your consent.

  • To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, you, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

If you are Member, you can review and change your personal information by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.

If you delete your Member Content from the Platform, copies of your Member Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Platform, including Member Content, is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

To the extent required by applicable law, you may request that we inform you about, update or modify, or erase your personal information that we collect and maintain. Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to hello@goginza.com.

The California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires Company to disclose how it responds to Do Not Track signals. Company does not support or respond to Do Not Track Signals. However, you may set your web browser to reject cookies or web beacons but doing so may hinder your experience on the Platform. Please see the “help” section of your web browser for instructions on managing your security preferences.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration and disclosure. We use SSL/TLS and/or other forms of encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure.
